Software Built Around You
Paying for software that almost fits? We’ll learn how you work, show you two or three ways forward, and build the one you choose.
Priced against what you pay today, with a side-by-side switchover and real humans who answer the phone.
The Problem
Off-the-shelf software makes you work its way.
Most small businesses run on tools built for someone else. You pay per seat for features you never touch. You keep a spreadsheet on the side to cover what’s missing. You type the same information into three places. And every renewal costs a little more.
Eventually the question gets simple: would something built for us cost less and work better? We’ll help you answer it honestly. If the tool you have is the right fit, we’ll tell you.
Who You’re Working With
A software team since 2014. Not an AI startup.
Bedford AI is part of Linnflux, a software development agency founded in 2014. We were building, hosting, and supporting software for businesses long before AI showed up in every ad you see.
AI makes our developers faster. It doesn’t replace them. Every option we show you is scoped by people who have shipped real systems, and every build is tested, hosted, and supported by the same team. No overnight miracles, no black boxes. Just software that does what we said it would.
How It Works
Four steps. You decide at every one.
01
Intro Meeting
We learn what you run today, what it costs, what it does badly, and who uses it. Remote, or at your place anywhere in Western New York.
02
Your Options
We come back with two or three options, from lean to full. Each has a clear scope, timeline, and price. You pick the one that fits.
03
The Build
We price your build against what you pay now, so the comparison is right in front of you. Your current system keeps running while we build and test.
04
After Launch
Software needs a home and someone to call. Hosting and support come with every build, quoted with your options before you commit.
What You Can Count On
No surprises, start to finish.
Plain-English Options
Clear
You see what each option does and what it costs. No jargon, no surprise line items.
Priced Against Today
Benchmark
What you pay for your current software is the yardstick for your build.
A Safe Switch
Side by Side
Old and new run together until you’re comfortable. You cut over when you’re ready, not before.
Real Humans. US-Based.
Support
The people who build your software are the people who pick up the phone. The ongoing cost is on the table before you say yes.
Pricing
$360 to start
Your intro meeting. Includes a maximum of 3 hours combined discussion and processing, and the $360 is credited toward your build if you go ahead.
Remote, or onsite anywhere in Western New York. Travel beyond that is available; inquire within.
Your build is quoted from the option you choose, priced against what you pay today. Hosting and support are quoted per job and included in every quote, so the ongoing cost is clear before you commit.
Questions
Frequently asked.
Is custom software only for big companies?
No. If your team works around a tool every day, or keeps a spreadsheet going to cover its gaps, it’s worth a look.
Why is the intro meeting paid?
It’s real work. We dig into your current setup and come back with options you can act on. And if you go ahead, the $360 comes off your build.
What if none of the options are right for us?
Then you’ve spent $360 and you know exactly where you stand. Sometimes the honest answer is to keep what you have.
Is there an ongoing cost after the build?
Yes. All software needs hosting and support. We quote it for your specific build and include it with your options, so you see the full picture before you decide.
Do you travel outside Western New York?
Yes. Reach out and we’ll work out the details.
What happens to our current software during the build?
Nothing. It keeps running until the new system is tested and you’re ready to switch.
Ready to see what’s possible?
