Privacy policy

Bedford AI is a division of Linnflux, Inc. ("Bedford AI," "we," "us"). This policy describes what information we collect when you visit bedford.ai or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask us and a person will answer.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. Your name, email address, company and message when you fill out a form, book a call, email us or phone us.
- Phillip demo requests. When you ask for more information about Phillip, we collect the email address you enter so a person on our team can follow up. If you later email Phillip during a demo, those messages are processed by the AI model providers we use to run him.
- Client information. If you become a client, we collect what we need to deliver the work: billing details, the systems and data you give us access to, and the credentials you authorize us to use on your behalf.
- Usage data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites. It shows us aggregate information such as which pages are visited, browser type, country and referring site. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site trackers.
- Server logs. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard logs, including IP addresses, to operate and protect the site.
How we use information

- To manage client accounts, billing and support
- To improve our website and services
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for these purposes. Inquiry correspondence is kept so we can pick up the conversation where it left off. Client records are kept for the life of the engagement plus the period our legal and tax obligations require.
Client data and AI
When we build AI or automation for a client, the client's data is used only to deliver that client's work. We do not use one client's data to train models or build systems for anyone else. For clients whose data cannot leave their building, we offer on-prem AI that runs entirely on their own hardware.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
- We do not send marketing email you haven't asked for.
- We do not run third-party advertising or tracking scripts on this site.
Cookies
This website does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies for security, such as bot protection. The booking page (Cal.com) and the embedded forms (Tally) are run by those providers and may set their own cookies when you use them.
Service providers
We use a small set of reputable providers to run our business. Each receives only the information it needs to do its job:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery, security and cookieless analytics
- Cal.com: booking discovery calls
- Tally: website forms, including Phillip demo requests
- Airtable: shared views we host for specific clients
- Google Workspace: business email and document storage
- AI model providers: processing for Phillip and for AI systems we build, under their business data terms
- Square: invoicing and payments. Card details go directly to Square and never touch our systems.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example, California or Canada), you may have additional rights under local privacy law. We honor reasonable requests regardless of where you are.
Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes that affect active clients will be communicated to them directly.
